Creative Financial Staffing, LLC seeks a Staff Accountant for Trade & Tariff Accounting in Tampa, FL. This role focuses on imports, tariffs, duties, and inventory transactions within a large manufacturing environment.

You will partner with supply chain, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, assist with month-end close, and support compliance with regulatory requirements while operating in a hybrid work setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or corporate finance environments is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with accounting activities related to imports, tariffs, duties, and inventory transactions.
• Analyze trade-related costs and ensure proper financial reporting and account reconciliations.
• Partner with supply chain, procurement, and logistics teams to resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Support month-end close, journal entries, reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor tariff impacts and help ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
