Job summary

Tetrasolv, a Veyra Company, is seeking a Staff Accountant to support day-to-day financial operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role touches AR, AP, purchasing, inventory accounting, and a NetSuite implementation that will shape the business.

You will join a collaborative team and have the opportunity for growth, with a path toward a permanent position and broad exposure to manufacturing cost accounting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and month-end close activities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Commitment to a minimum six-month engagement with interest in a long-term opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Process orders, invoices, and billings; apply and reconcile payments.
• Monitor aging reports and assist with collections.
• Process vendor invoices and purchase orders; verify coding.
• Assist with inventory transactions, job costing, and month-end reconciliations.
• Support NetSuite data validation, migration, and testing during implementation.

What You'll Do

As our Staff Accountant, you'll play a critical role in supporting day-to-day financial operations and ensuring accurate financial data across the organization.

Accounts Receivable & Order Management

• Process customer orders, quotes, invoices, and billings
• Apply and reconcile customer payments
• Monitor aging reports and assist with collections
• Resolve payment discrepancies and customer account issues

Accounts Payable & Purchasing

• Process vendor invoices and purchase orders
• Verify coding, approvals, and supporting documentation
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Coordinate with receiving and purchasing teams to resolve discrepancies

Cost & Manufacturing Accounting

• Assist with inventory transactions and reconciliations
• Support job costing and work order tracking
• Help prepare journal entries, accruals, and month-end reconciliations
• Maintain organized records and internal controls

NetSuite Implementation Support

• Assist with data validation, migration, and testing
• Support parallel system comparisons
• Help document processes and train users on new workflows

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Experience with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and month-end close activities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to commit to a minimum six-month engagement with interest in a long-term opportunity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NetSuite ERP
• Manufacturing accounting experience
• Knowledge of inventory valuation, work-in-process (WIP), standard costing, or job costing
• ERP implementation or conversion experience
