• Experience: Accounting and financial experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gains ability to handle multiple clients, software, and chart of accounts daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Coordinates & processes accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and payroll.
• Completes financial statements and account reconciliations (bank & credit card, prepaids, AR, fixed assets, AP, accruals) and other complex reconciliations.
• Completes sales tax returns, Form 1099s and other forms as requested by clients.
