Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor, review and abide by Division or Department internal control procedures.
• Prepare, approve, post, and reconcile financial transactions for the preparation and review of the University's financial statements.
• Prepare reconciliation and analysis of accounting records in connection with data requests.
• Review accounting documents to verify conformity to pertinent policies, procedures, and accounting standards.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools and guidelines to provide superior financial information which supports University's mission, strategic management initiatives, and leadership vision.
• Participate in the preparation, review, and analysis of the University's annual financial statements by applying GASB, GA Budgetary Law, and USG policies and procedures.
