Qualifications

• BS in accounting with strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in month and year-end closing and financial statements.
• Prepare and process journal entries, including payroll and depreciation.
• Lead inventory counts and reconcile inventory.
• Review costs by project and analyze PO to AP invoices.
• Support production cost accounting and system implementations.
• Maintain vendor files and manage AP transactions.
• Cross-train in AR, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Travel locally between manufacturing sites as needed.
