Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
• Experience with sales and use tax for contractors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end process including accruals, monthly entries, and correcting entries.
• Analyze general ledger for accuracy and GAAP compliance.
• Research issues with PO, three-way match, costs to service calls, and job forecast vs. percentage of completion.
• Maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and mitigate risks.
• Balance bank statements and support annual audits and sales tax audits.
