Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile payroll registers, direct deposits, check registers for all pay groups.
• Prepare and post GL entries; run and format GL/BI reports.
• Manage 401(k) reporting, match calculations, census files.
• Complete monthly bank reconciliations and organize banking statements.
• Prepare and file multi-state sales tax returns.
