Gtatelecom is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to ensure accurate day-to-day finances. You’ll support payroll, accounts payable, reconciliations, reporting, and month-end close while collaborating with colleagues across accounting and other departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines.
• Clear, professional communication and a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll and maintain related employee, tax, and benefits records.
• Manage accounts payable invoices, W-9 verification, payment runs, and due dates.
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Prepare and submit tax, regulatory, compliance, and government reports.
• Support audits, account reconciliations, and financial statement reviews.
• Assist with month-end close and provide backup support to accounting colleagues.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

Associate degree with relevant experience
