Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• 2–5 years of accounting or accounts payable experience or equivalent knowledge.
• Experience with invoice processing and vendor account reconciliation preferred.
• Insurance industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting applications.

Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payable transactions accurately and timely.
• Manage vendor accounts and reconcile statements.
• Reconcile AP subledger, bank reconciliations, and related GL accounts.
• Assist with month-end close and related schedules.
• Ensure proper documentation and approvals.
• Support audit activities and internal controls improvements.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams.
