Pacific Union Co. is seeking a Staff Accountant to provide general accounting support including monthly closing, financial statement preparation, and bank reconciliation. The role reports to the Controller and is fully on-site for a 5-day workweek.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 3–5 years of related experience, with strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills. Timberline and Sage experience are a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required, or equivalent combo of education and experience
• 3–5 years’ accounting experience
• Strong computer literacy and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
• Detail oriented with initiative and motivation
• Timberline and Sage experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly closing entries and accruals
• Prepare or review GL reconciliations
• Maintain fixed asset accounting records
• Prepare and complete monthly and annual financial reports
• Reconcile and analyze intercompany transactions
• Reconcile monthly bank statements
• Process weekly invoices and prepare bank deposits as required
