Jusczak Companies is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, including AP/AR, payroll reconciliations, and month-end close. This on-site role supports multiple entities and collaboration across teams in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 1–3 years accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with AP, AR, payroll reconciliation, and general accounting.
• Experience with NetSuite preferred.
• Strong Excel and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Perform daily accounting functions and general ledger maintenance.
• Assist with payroll reconciliations.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain supporting documentation.
• Assist with financial reporting and analysis.
• Ensure transactions are accurately coded and recorded.
• Support audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements.
• Assist with multi-entity accounting and consolidation activities.
