Job summary

ETTEO Technology, LLC in Marietta, Georgia, is seeking a Staff Accountant to own core accounting processes across our SaaS and field-services operations. You will work closely with the CFO and leadership to maintain financial accuracy, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen internal controls in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

This on-site role requires handling month-end close, reconciliations, billing, vendor payments, and financial reporting, with a systems-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
• Experience supporting month-end close and account reconciliations.
• Experience reviewing income statement and balance sheet accounts.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to financial accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with Finance, Operations, leadership, vendors, contractors, and enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close activities and provide financial reporting.
• Prepare and maintain account reconciliations.
• Review revenue, income statement, and balance sheet accounts for accuracy.
• Generate and submit invoices for enterprise clients and SaaS customers.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on balances.
• Process vendor invoices and maintain vendor records.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve internal controls.
• Document accounting procedures and ensure repeatable processes.
