Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile cash, investment, and general ledger accounts.
• Maintain and monitor cash reports; assist with cash forecasting.
• Prepare and post journal entries with supporting docs.
• Assist with preparation and analysis of financial statements.
• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies.
• Prepare invoices and maintain accounting schedules.
