Sanguine Biosciences, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to own day-to-day AP/AR, support month-end close, and assist payroll in a fast-growing biotech environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate financial records, manage NetSuite and ERP data, and contribute to cost controls across procurement, inventory, and manufacturing Operations in San Diego.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience including AP/AR and month-end close.
• Experience with multi-state tax compliance and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle AP and AR, invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and reconciliations in NetSuite.
• Support month-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
