Job summary

Onsite Wellness Group seeks a Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting across clinic locations, handling accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory management, and general ledger support.

You'll close books for multiple entities, prepare journal entries, and assist with audits, budgets, and asset tracking while collaborating with cross-site teams in a fast-paced wellness environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 2+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a multi-location or multi-entity environment.
• Solid grasp of GAAP and general ledger accounting.
• Comfortable in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS).
• Experience with Sage Intacct or similar ERP software; healthcare or wellness background is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable end to end — generating charges, applying payments, reconciling the AR subledger, and following up on aging balances
• Keep inventory accurate across sites through regular counts, variance investigation, and close coordination with site managers Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations, and support month-end/year-end close across multiple entities and locations
• Process vendor invoices and maintain accounts payable records, including W-9 and 1099 documentation
• Support audit readiness, budget-to-actual analysis, and fixed asset tracking
