Grahamjobs is partnering with an established, privately held company seeking a strong Staff Accountant to join its accounting team in High Point, NC. This hands-on role supports a multi-division organization with ~90 employees and $40 million in annual revenue.

You will assist with month-end close, consolidate information across divisions, prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and inventory reporting, and help transition to Spruce ERP to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Hands-on general ledger experience and strong accounting foundation.
• Experience with month-end close and financial statement prep.
• Inventory experience and ability to work across multiple divisions.

Responsibilities

• Support the Controller with day-to-day accounting and reporting.
• Assist with month-end close and financial statement prep.
• Prepare reconciliations, journal entries, and GL activity.
• Assist with balance sheet reporting and account analysis.
• Support inventory accounting and related reporting.
• Assist with ERP system transition and process improvements.
