Job summary

LUSA Group in Dripping Springs, TX is seeking a Staff Accountant to join the corporate headquarters team. This in-person role (Mon-Fri, 8AM-5PM) focuses on month-end close, reconciliations, AP, cash management, and financial reporting within a multi-entity organization.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance and 2–5 years of experience, with strong Excel skills and NetSuite experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• ERP/accounting system experience; NetSuite preferred.
• Strong Excel skills with formulas and financial data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly account reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities and journal entries.
• Support day-to-day accounts payable and operational accounting processes.
• Research and resolve discrepancies and outstanding items.
• Assist with cash reconciliations and treasury-related support.
• Maintain organized accounting records and documentation.
