• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience as a Staff Accountant or similar role.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Excel and modern accounting/ERP systems.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and support month-end close.
• Assist with financial statement preparation and variance analysis.
• Support AP/AR, billing, and cash-management activities.
• Review transactions for proper coding, documentation, and compliance.
• Assist with audits, tax packages, and external reporting.
