Job summary

Rezult is seeking a Staff Accountant in Franklin, TN to support monthly close, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate general ledger records. You will post journal entries and conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

The role requires at least 2 years of full cycle accounting, strong Excel skills (pivot tables and VLOOKUPs), and familiarity with Oracle is a plus. You will help prepare schedules, track key metrics, and assist with ad hoc tasks to ensure

Qualifications

2+ years of full cycle accounting experience.
Experience with Oracle is a plus.
Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.

Responsibilities

Performing monthly account reconciliations and investigate and resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy of financial records
Preparing and posting journal entries to support month-end close and maintain accurate general ledger account
Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvements
Preparing and maintaining supporting schedules, account rollforwards, and other financial documentation
Compiling, tracking, and reporting daily key financial statistics and operational metrics
Assisting with month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
Ad hoc work as assigned
