Responsibilities

• Process accurate and timely biweekly payroll for approximately 320 employees
• Review timesheets, payroll changes, deductions, overtime, PTO, and payroll exceptions
• Reconcile payroll-related accounts, taxes, benefits, and liabilities
• Prepare payroll journal entries and assist with general ledger reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end close
• Prepare recurring and adjusting journal entries
• Assist with audits, reporting, and financial analysis
• Support general accounting projects as needed
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll and accounting processes
