The role covers general ledger preparation, financial statements, payroll reporting, and related consulting. The position offers a flexible work arrangement with office, client-site, or remote options as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of payroll, general ledger accounting and financial statement preparation experience.
• Experience at a CPA or bookkeeping firm preferred.
• Formal education in accounting is a plus but not required.
• Must be proficient with QuickBooks and MS Word/Excel/Outlook.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Required to have a minimum of 2 years work experience in payroll, general ledger accounting and financial statement preparation.
• Experience working at a CPA or bookkeeping firm preferred.
• Formal education in Accounting (degree, college classes, certifications) is a plus, but is not required.
• Required experience with QuickBooks.
• Must be effective user of Word, Excel and Outlook.
