Momentum seeks a Staff Accountant to join our Dallas headquarters. You will support month-end close, reporting, and analysis as part of the Momentum Launch Program designed for recent graduates.

This full-time, onsite role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to ERP systems and AI-enabled tools, with opportunities to grow toward CPA licensure and broader accounting responsibilities. Join a values-driven, collaborative team shaping digital commerce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Willingness and eligibility to pursue CPA license.
• Understanding of accounting principles and US GAAP.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) is a plus.
• Experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT).
• Proven leadership in activities or roles; strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Growth mindset and adaptability to new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Assist in month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare financial reports and analyze variances.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable; manage invoices and collections.
• Conduct routine audits for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial information and support accounting projects.
• Assist in tax filings and regulatory reporting as required.
• Utilize ERP and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and reporting.
• Attend training sessions for professional growth and development.
