Job summary

Momentum is seeking an Associate People & Culture Coordinator for its Dallas headquarters. This onsite role supports onboarding, HR systems, and engagement programs within a fast‑growing, values‑driven environment. Recent graduates join a Launch Program with hands‑on training and mentorship.

You will assist recruitment, data analysis, and program planning while collaborating across teams to strengthen a positive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in people operations or HR.
• Experience with AI tools to improve efficiency and support.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and day‑to‑day administration.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and offboarding of employees with cross‑functional coordination.
• Maintain HR systems including Workday, Greenhouse, Awardco, and Peakon.
• Administer quarterly engagement surveys and analyze results for improvements.
• Contribute to engagement initiatives, culture campaigns, and employee events.
• Support recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and records.
• Plan and execute early career programs in collaboration with partners.
