Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory and cost accounting.
• Strong GAAP knowledge.
• ERP systems experience (NetSuite preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Analyze general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies.

• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
• Assist with inventory accounting and manufacturing cost analysis.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.

• Review payroll-related accounting entries.
• Prepare sales tax and other regulatory filings.

This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close activities, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post journal entries.
