Associate Recruiter, Accounting and Finance Client Solutions

We are seeking a Staff Accountant II to manage monthly balance sheet reconciliations, investigate variances, and support audits. Requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and 2+ years of experience, preferably in healthcare. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills required. Must ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls. Occasional travel to hospital environments may be required.

Requirements:

• High volume reconciliation experience required.
• Shared service business experience required.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• High preference for Oracle Cloud Fusion experience.
• Can sit anywhere in the US excluding Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington D.C., and Puerto Rico.
