Current, a rapidly growing accounting platform in Charlotte, is seeking a Staff Accountant II. This role focuses on providing client accounting services, managing financial statements, and collaborating with diverse businesses to enhance their financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of QuickBooks. Current offers a competitive salary range of $65,000.00-$80,000.00, along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance and 401(k) contributions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in external client-facing services.
• Intermediate to Advanced skills with Excel (including pivot and VLOOKUP).
• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and Online.

Responsibilities

• Client Accounting Services, assisting clients’ accounting teams.
• Oversee general ledger reconciliations and prepare/review client journal entries.
• Prepare financial statements and income tax returns.
• Analyze financial results and provide recommendations.
