The role emphasizes accuracy, strong controls, and collaboration across departments, helping the team maintain reliable books and timely insights. Responsibilities include reviewing expense ledgers, managing reimbursements and depreciation, journal entries, and balance sheet analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 0–3 years of accounting experience; internships considered.
• Strong understanding of accounting practices and controls.
• Solid analytical and research skills; ability to evaluate problems and recommend solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; bilingual Korean/English preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and organization.

Responsibilities

• Review expense ledger and prepare monthly close.
• Manage employee expense reimbursement and credit card.
• Review fixed asset schedule and depreciation monthly.
• Review prepaid expense schedule and expense monthly.
• Prepare and process journal entries and account reconciliations for month-end close.
• Manage reviewing/auditing responses and documentation in all aspects.
• Analyze financial information and prepare balance sheet, profit/loss statement, and other reports.
• Prepare including but not limited to annual financial statement, and internal quarterly F/S.
• Conduct special projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Develop and enforce proper accounting practices within the department and company.
• Collaborate with other departments and provide guidance based on accounting principles.
