Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
• Associate’s degree in Accounting with experience and 3+ years of accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all financial transactions including cash receipts, deposits, budget preparation, and financial statement preparation.
• Organize and post entries to ledgers (general, AP, AR).
• Examine ledger entries for accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
• Run trial balance of general ledger to ensure balanced debits and credits.
• Prepare hospital operating reports and financial statements from ledger entries.
• Prepare cost and revenue analyses and statements reflecting Allied Services' financial conditions.
