Erickson Senior Living in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Staff Accountant to join the Resident Capital Team. You will handle general ledger entries, account analysis, reconciliations and reporting, contributing to accurate and timely financial statements.

The role offers a collaborative environment, a hybrid schedule with remote days, and opportunities for professional growth. Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 per year, with eligibility for an annual bonus.

Formación

• 2+ years of related accounting experience required.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general ledger processes.
• Ability to analyze accounts, prepare reconciliations, and support close processes.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in the monthly close process and ensure timely reporting.
• Review and post journal entries for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare work papers and reconciliations for assigned accounts.
• Review internal financial statements and perform variance analysis.
• Support monthly cash accounting activity, wires, receipts, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with established accounting policies.
