Qualifications

• 2-3 years of previous experience with daily business office accounting functions.
• Desirable: Higher education or nonprofit experience.
• Desirable: Certified Public Accountant “CPA” or Certified Management Accountant “CMA”.

Responsibilities

• Prepare various financial statements and reports.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closeout processes.
• Review bi-weekly payrolls prior to processing.

Effective communication abilities

Proficient in Blackbaud’s Financial Edge and Raiser’s Edge

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

Education

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field

Master’s in business administration
