Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred; Finance degree considered.
• 2-3 years of accounting experience.
• Understanding of balance sheet and income statement accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and general ledger postings.
• Assist with month-end close processes.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support accrual accounting activities.
• Analyze expenses and financial transactions.
• Assist with financial reporting and account analysis.
• Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and system-related projects.
