This role combines technical accounting with process improvement and mentoring. You will work closely with accounting leadership, back up the Accounting Manager, and support an offshore team while fostering employee growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong understanding of debits, credits, and general ledger accounting.
• Experience in a multi-entity accounting environment preferred.
• Public accounting experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements.
• Manage general ledger activity, including journal entries and month-end accruals.
• Support period-end close processes.
• Maintain fixed asset schedules and record depreciation.
• Serve as a backup to the Accounting Manager.
• Assist with mentoring and supporting the accounting team.
