4-Horn Management, LLC seeks a Staff Accountant in Pasadena, TX to manage day-to-day financial transactions, assist with month-end close, and support multiple accounting functions in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, at least two years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, and strong MS Excel skills. A commitment to accuracy and confidentiality is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Two years bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Solid MS Excel skills; RentalMan experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated internal and external financial statements from the general ledger.
• Prepare month-end journal entries and depreciation schedules.
• Prepare bank deposits and cash flow statements.
• Process payments, accrue expenses, and reconcile accounts.
• Support Accounts Receivable: process POs, invoices, deposits.
• Research data to answer accounting questions and perform ad hoc analyses.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial information.
