Hyperion Solutions Group, a Memphis-based technology-driven provider for the Vertical Transportation industry, is seeking a Staff Accountant to join the finance team. You will handle day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, cash receipts, reconciliations, and month-end close.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in accounting, 1–3 years of related manufacturing experience, and proficiency with SAP, QuickBooks Online, and MS Office. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 1 to 3 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with SAP and QuickBooks Online preferred.
• Proficient in MS365 products, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Discretion with confidential matters.

Responsabilités

• Process Accounts Payable invoices for general expenses, freight, and PO receipts.
• Review and post the daily AR cash receipts batch entries.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and maintain balance sheet reconciliations.
• Complete month-end bank reconciliation.
• Support accounting function for corporate/shared services.
• Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules.
• Assist with 1099 processing.
