You will prepare and post journal entries, assist with month-end close, reconcile accounts, support audits, and help improve accounting processes while ensuring GAAP compliance and accurate financial reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2–5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and Excel proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain the general ledger
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, and other general ledger accounts
• Prepare financial reports and support management with financial analysis
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed
• Support annual audits and tax preparation
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies
