Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and post journal entries to support month-end and year-end close activities as the Staff Accountant.
• Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, and general ledger activity to ensure financial accuracy as the Staff Accountant.
• Apply GAAP-compliant revenue recognition principles in preparing financial statements and reports as the Staff Accountant.
• Review and code corporate credit card transactions while ensuring timely and accurate entry into the general ledger as the Staff Accountant.
• Process and review employee expense reimbursements in accordance with company policies as the Staff Accountant.
• Assist with audit preparation, internal reviews, and financial reporting support as the Staff Accountant.
• Analyze financial data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and strengthen internal controls as the Staff Accountant.
• Support the Controller with special projects and ad hoc accounting initiatives as the Staff Accountant.
