Job summary

Advanced Management Group is a full-service property management company focused on accuracy and reliable financial reporting for property owners. The Staff Accountant prepares and enters data into the company’s financial system, then supports review and reporting to ensure timely, accurate financial statements.

Responsibilities include month-end closes, collections, AR with bill backs, and filings for reserves and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience as a Staff Accountant.
• Proficiency with MS Office and accounting software.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare detailed reports.
• Knowledge of auditing standards and procedures.
• Attention to detail and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare month-end property financial statements.
• Collections and deposit posting and preparation.
• Accounts receivable with bill backs to properties.
• Prepare filings for replacement reserve requests.
• Assist with property compliance filings (1099, PPT, licensing).
• General ledger and miscellaneous journals.
• Assist with budget input.
• Assist property controller as needed.
