Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 1–2+ years of accounting experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with inventory accounting, costing, and reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and month-end close procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cash reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounts.
• Assist with cash flow forecasting and monitoring cash balances.
• Maintain inventory costing records, support inventory valuations, and investigate variances.
• Prepare and post journal entries while supporting monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules.
• Perform budget-to-actual comparisons and financial variance analysis.
