Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience (recent grads with strong internships welcome).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and 365.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow the company's established accounting procedures.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly closing journal entries.
• Maintain detailed reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare monthly financial statement package.
• Provide analysis of expense accounts.
• Assist in annual budget preparation.
• Post monthly budget reports for department managers comparing actuals vs. budget.
