Job summary

Bio-Techne is seeking a Staff Accountant in Minnesota to support month-end close, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

A Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Accounting with 0–2 years of experience is required; proficiency in Excel is essential, and Dynamics/UIPath experience is a plus. Competitive benefits include health, 401(k), ESPP, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required or Associates with relevant experience.
• 0-2 years of accounting experience; internships/part-time experience acceptable.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel (formulas, PivotTables, complex spreadsheets).

Responsibilities

• Participates in month end close by preparing journal entries and accruals.
• Reconciles account balances and prepares supporting documentation.
• Calculates royalties and rebates for assigned accounts.
• Performs AR & AP tasks and supports SOX/year-end audits.
• Improves processes and documentation; supports cross-functional teams.
