Bio-Techne seeks an accounting professional to join our finance team in the United States. The role supports month-end close, prepares journal entries, reconciles accounts, and assists with audits, royalties, and rebates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 0–2 years of relevant accounting experience or an Associate's degree with 2–4 years.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; advanced formulas and pivot tables.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or UIPath is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good communication and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and accruals; estimate amounts to accrue, defer, reverse or adjust.
• Reconcile account balances and prepare supporting documentation.
• Calculate royalties and rebates for assigned accounts and support audit requests.
• Support intercompany processes and drive process improvements.
• Gather support for interim, SOX, and year-end audit requests.
