Job summary

The Staff Accountant at Crunch Pak supports the accounting functions for Crunch Pak and Linda Fruit, focusing on grower accounting, contracts, fruit records, and cost accounting. This role collaborates with Grower Relations, Procurement, Operations, and Finance to ensure accurate records and timely reporting.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and at least two years of accounting experience, with preference for cost or grower accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Two+ years of accounting experience required.
• Experience in cost accounting or grower accounting preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and Outlook; Power BI experience a plus.
• Experience with Dynamics 365/NAV preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close activities.
• Assist with audits and financial reporting requests.
• Develop and maintain reports using Excel, Power BI, and Dynamics 365.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and controls.
