Bell & Evans in Pennsylvania is seeking a Staff Accountant to support general accounting, month-end close, and fixed asset management. You will work with the Director of Accounting and a team to ensure accurate financial reporting.

The role requires 2+ years of accounting experience, a bachelor’s in accounting or finance, GAAP knowledge, and proficiency with ERP systems and Excel. Public accounting experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
• 2+ years of experience in a related role.
• Public accounting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP.

Responsabilités

• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual close processes.
• Manage fixed asset records and reconciliations.
• Develop and document accounting processes and internal controls; ensure GAAP compliance.
• Support Director of Accounting in daily operations and reporting.
