Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 2+ years of related accounting experience.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with integrated ERP accounting systems.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual close processes.
• Manage fixed asset records and reconciliations.
• Help document accounting policies and strengthen internal controls.
• Support the Director of Accounting in daily operations and reporting.
• Assist with annual audits and resolving audit findings.
• Support budgeting processes and tax/regulatory filings.
• Cash management for locations as needed.
• Provide training and guidance to other accounting staff.
