Responsibilities

• Regularly inform the senior and/or management on the status of projects and any problems encountered.
• Apply basic knowledge of business functions, processes and strategies.
• Prepare financial statements with disclosures.
• Prepare federal and state tax returns
• Understand transactional flow and key transition cycles.
• Develop and maintain ongoing business relationships with client personnel.
• Help clients with inquiries regarding accounting and tax issues.
• Involvement in community service projects as appropriate
• Other duties as assigned.
