Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of accounting experience preferred.
• GAAP knowledge in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and independently.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized with strong analytical skills.
• Discretion, confidentiality, and flexibility.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
• Ramp, Brightree and/or NetSuite experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries for subsidiaries to ensure timely financial statements.
• Prepare reconciliations for bank, credit card, and other general ledger accounts.
• Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies and variances.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed.
• Assist with gathering data for financial reviews, tax preparations and filings.
• Collaborate with team members and management.
• Develop accounting processes for a recently-acquired business.
• Be a key member of an accounting team that values trust and productivity.
• Support external audits and tax filings by providing documentation.
