Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage Unanet project accounting, invoicing, timekeeping, and expense reporting.
• Implement internal controls and support monthly close per GAAP.
• Oversee monthly close and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships.
• Billing & Invoicing: Ensure invoices comply with contract terms and regulations.
• Support DCAA, CPSR, and customer audits.
