Harbor Healthcare System is seeking a Staff Accountant in the Houston area. The role involves applying accounting principles to analyze financial data, produce timely reports, and ensure proper controls.

Responsibilities include journal entries, financial statements, P&L reviews, bank reconciliations, and asset schedules. Requires 3–5 years of experience and an accounting degree; CPA/MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting from an accredited college - required.
• 3-5 years of prior work experience - required.
• CPA or MBA - preferred.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting - preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite Oracle - preferred.
• Must be highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Microsoft Outlook.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Clean background and drug screen.

Job Description
