Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Full-Time temporary Staff Accountant to handle project, balance sheet and general ledger accounting for multiple events and properties. You will prepare financial statements and assist with other accounting tasks.

The role requires preparing artist payments, managing invoices, month-end close, and collaboration with accounting teams to ensure accurate entries and reconciliations. Flexibility for event-driven hours is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• Strong MS Excel and analytical skills required.
• Experience with Oracle preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare artist payments to be sent via wire, ACH, or check.
• Manage payment, tracking, and approval of property- and show-related invoices.
• Complete month-end close with P&L, journal entries, and financial statements.
• Coordinate with Accounting Manager to ensure checks and wires are entered and reconciled.
• Collaborate with AP/AR to ensure receivables and payables are processed accurately.
