The Staff Accountant will handle full-cycle accounting, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and month-end close under US GAAP, onsite in Buena Park, CA.

Requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, 3–4+ years of corporate accounting experience, and advanced Excel with ERP familiarity; salary $95k–$110k.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• 3 to 4+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Month-End Close: execute close schedule, post journal entries, review variances.
• Intercompany Transactions & Reconciliations: record and reconcile intercompany transactions across subsidiaries.
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations: reconcile major accounts, research variances, propose correcting entries.
• Fixed Asset Tracking: manage asset lifecycle, capitalization, and disposals or transfers.
• AP & AR Support: support payables and receivables, ensure three-way matching.
• Inventory & Cost Accounting Reporting: track costs, variances, counts, and year-end reconciliations.
